Last Saturday was, for a change, a very local performance for me, travelling just a few miles down the road to Theydon Bois to entertain Peter and Dot, and their guests from all sections of their lives, and what busy people they are too. It was also nice to see many faces I recognised there, so it was even better to perform for ‘friendly’ faces, from my local area.

About 90 – 100 guests were present, enjoy a buffet meal and to celebrate 140 years of the birthday couple. Close Up magic at the tables, was the order of the day, and it was lovely to see the reactions of those present to the magic I was performing, and judging by the fact that the tables were calling me over to perform more, everyone was enjoying the entertainment I providing

We have been away a few days so haven’t had the chance to email a very big thank you for adding such fantastic value to our celebrations last Saturday evening. When tables have a mix of people, your entertainment provides a useful focus of conversation as well as being an absolute thrill during the evening.

Certainly we’ve seen table magic before but were blown away by your performance, and what a lovely gesture to introduce the balloon /wine trick on our anniversary!
