Over the past few months, I have been asked to assist with various events held at The Magic Circle,  which have included hosting at the daytime Educational Days, and also both hosting and performing at the ‘Close Up at The Magic Circle Shows’, which are one of the several public shows held at The Magic Circle Headquarters, near Euston.

Sadly the final show of 2015, just before Christmas, was the last time I had the opportunity to work with my good friend, and wonderful magician, Hugh Nightingale, in fact we performed in the same rooms together . Whilst preparing for the Magic Circle Christmas show on 2nd January, we received a phone call with the tragic news that Hugh had lost his life in a fatal accident. A wonderful performer, always with a huge smile on is face and a ‘True Gentleman in every sense of the word’. He will be sadly missed by all
