For those of you not familiar with Leez Priory, it was originally founded in 1220 and has an interesting history, including Elizabeth I staying there on at least 3 occasions. It has had various owner over the years including Guys Hospital from the early 1750′s to just after the first World War. It was purchased by its current owners in 1987.

Adding to its history on September 10th was the wedding of Mike and Katherine, at which I was asked to perform close up Magic for the happy couple and their guests, after the Wedding Breakfast during the evening reception.

It was such a lovely evening that I was able to entertain not only inside the venue, moving from room to room but also in the beautiful floodlit grounds.
