Having seen the ‘Illusionist Show’ at the Apollo Theatre, London earlier in the year, it was shown on ITV over Christmas, which bought back memories from one of my trips to Las Vegas in 2004, where I had the pleasure of spending the day with the ’Master Illusionist’ from the show, himself, Kevin James. After some running around in the morning picking up some props followed by lunch we spent the afternoon at his lovely house on the outskirts of the city and in the evening we were VIP Guests at his show on the Strip. it was the first time I saw his ‘Sawing in half illusion’ live, and the only time I’ve seen the top half of the body run ( if that’s the word) off the stage ,across the audience and back on the stage again – Absolutely Amazing!!!
